Our network of warehouse facilities utilizes experienced personal and automated equipment to allow us to handle all types of cargo. All movements are controlled through our approved IT Inventory system with direct customer access through protected firewall password. We have a fully flexible approach and tailor our service to suit your distribution and storage requirements, whether on a long or short-term basis, with the ability to draw stock at any time in small or large lots.
Fulfillment: We have a fully flexible approach to support your distribution and storage requirements. Whether short term or long term we can provide all facets of the fulfillment process.
Storage: McClains extensive network of warehouse facilities allows our customers to select the storage capacity that fits their needs. We can provide the security level necessary to protect any product.
Global Inventory Management: This is a web-based service, to provide our multi-national equipment manufacturer customers with our unique, 24/7 web based critical spares delivery service. Field engineers can call inventory reports for critical spares held at all of our hub location. Parts may be called for urgent delivery on-line and the progress of parts shipment can be tracked through a secure section of the McClain's website.
Most deliveries to field engineers or to the customer site can occur within 24 hours of the first inquiry. Access to the parts store is controlled by a security system and is limited to authorized McClain personnel only.
Authorized users accessing the McClain web site to check inventory levels can also search for the required part.
We also specialize in projects where timed multiple delivery is required with specialized purchase order tracking is required.
